let's relax and have some fun!

If you're wondering why your waistline is expanding, don't watch what you eat. Watch how you eat. Those who wolf down dinner apparently triple their risk of being overweight.

Scientists suggest the modern manner of eating too quickly - and until absolutely full - is a significant factor in the obesity epidemic. Such eating habits pile on the pounds much more than expected, even taking into account the amount of calories consumed,

They suspect the joint impact of eating fast and until full overrides signals in the brain which would normally encourage a little more self control.

'If you eat slowly then there is some feedback from the brain that this is enough, and this helps stop you eating before you are full,' he said.
So ladies, if you wish your waistline doesnt expand, eat slowly and savor the taste of the food so you will not finish the whole serving, make sense right?

I've heard so many things about Dumaguete, I got curios and did a research. Well, you all know that I'm really in love with the beach right? So I'm very excited to go there and visit the nicest beach in Dumaguete. Together with our friends Huby and I agreed that we will spend one long weekend there.

We booked ay Antulang Beach Resort, it offers different kinds of accommodations, from basic to luxurious. Our group just got the Standard Room 3days/2night for only Php1,900.00 for 2 pax with breakfast!!!!! very affordable, right?! Not to mention their good food and excelent customer service. Although, the food was kinda pricey but it's all worth it. Can you believe it? We had Crispy pata for dinner on 2 consecutive nights *lol* sarap kasi eh.

Antulang Beach Resort is located south of Dumaguete City, Philippines. While at Antulang, we enjoyed white sand beaches and the seaview; the swimming pool; kayaking; horseback riding; fishing; rapelling; and even excursions to Apo Island (which our group tried! One of the famous diving spot in the Philippines.

To get to Antulang Beach Resort, you need to take a 1 hour flight from Manila to Dumaguete City. The resort is about an hour’s drive away from the Dumaguete Airport. The resort can arrange land transfers for guests at a rate of P2,000 (two-way/roundtrip). This can accommodate 1 to 10 people.

Take a walk down a winding staircase from your cottage and stroll along the shore as you welcome the sunrise. And keep an eye on the water, you just might see a jumping sailfish!!!!

What I really miss about working in ICS was the incentive and commission that I received. Besides from that, all of the account officers were looking forward on trips incentive almost every quarter. I still remember when we flew to Penang last Sept 16,2007 as incentive from DELLocity Program. I have a chance to visit DELL Malaysia Factory and meet other top sales officers from different companies. I had the chance to see how does DELL note book were assembled, processing our orders and meet the different ISR that handles our accounts.

We're ten from our Team and the rest are from our competitor. Generous rewards was given away, some got IPOD Videos, Nokia cellphones, Canon Camera's,Tag Heuer Aquaracer Mens/Ladies, Omega Watch and Rolex!!!

Even my quota was really huge, it's like $800k, I really worked hard on this quarter because I'm eyeing for the Tag Heuer Watch. I visited several clients and did follow-ups on my proposals just to to hit my quota. Well, too bad that I only did $600k. So I was expecting to received a Nokia N95 and I was really surprised when I received my reward, it's a Tag Heuer Aquaracer!!! I'm sooo happy!

This trip was one of the happiest trip that I had! :) We were able to visit nice places in Penang and went shopping ( as usual *lol)
Stayed at the island's newest hotel called, G Hotel. The area is one of the most expensive areas within Penang. You must try their Penang's White Coffee, it's really good!
